From the nervous first day, we offer structured inductions and assign training buddies. We’re all about the profession and our goal is to offer the best training in the industry. We partner with leading UK estate agency trainer Agency Allstars who run our in house training and we dedicate a minimum one day a month training outside of branch to develop our colleagues. We have developed an online learning management system which maps and trains our teams on all our lettings, sales and regularity compliance procedures. We also financially support our sales and lettings colleagues to achieve NAEA and ARLA qualifications. All our people benefit from 1-2-1s and have development goals in place tailored to them. We develop and mentor our people within role and we always try to promote from within.
